1. About us

all4pets.org is operated by Lucia Destito, trading as All For Pets, a French sole trader (Entrepreneur individuel (EI)) registered with the French National Business Register (RNE) under SIREN 101 537 108 (SIRET 10153710800017, APE 7410Z). Registered office: 32 Rue de Mons, 80090 Amiens, France. VAT status: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Contact: hello@all4pets.org. These terms are written in English and governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amiens, France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence (EU Regulation 1215/2012 and Rome I).

2. Orders & contract formation

By placing an order you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email containing the dispatch details. We may refuse an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, payment issue) and will refund any amount taken.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in EUR. As a French micro-entrepreneur we benefit from the VAT franchise regime: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI — no VAT is charged or recoverable. Shipping is calculated at checkout (see Shipping).

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery

We currently ship to Ireland and the Netherlands. Standard delivery: 3–6 working days from dispatch to Ireland and the Netherlands. See our Shipping page for details and rates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in France by articles L221-18 and following of the Code de la consommation). 7. Conformity & warranty

Goods are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and by the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). For consumers in other EU countries, the equivalent national consumer protection rules apply.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid.
