1. About us

all4pets.org is operated by [Company legal name], a company registered in Ireland under CRO number [XXXXXX], registered office [address], VAT IE[XXXXXXX]. These terms are written in English and governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and related EU/Irish legislation.

2. Orders & contract formation

By placing an order you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email containing the dispatch details. We may refuse an order (e.g. stock, pricing error, payment issue) and will refund any amount taken.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in EUR and include Irish VAT at the applicable rate (currently 23%). Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to orders of €50 or more delivered within Ireland.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. We accept iDEAL, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods offered by Mollie at checkout. We never see or store your card or bank details. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery within Ireland: 2–4 working days from dispatch. EU delivery: 4–8 working days. See our Shipping page for details and rates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. See our Returns Policy for the procedure and model withdrawal form.

7. Conformity & warranty

Goods must be of merchantable quality, as described and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. You have a statutory right to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund) for non-conforming goods for up to 6 years from delivery in line with Irish law.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid.
