• Account & contact data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
• Order data: products purchased, price, payment status (we do not store card or bank details).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications: emails or chat messages you send us.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

• Contract — to process and deliver your order.
• Legal obligation — accounting, tax and consumer-law records (kept 6 years per Irish Revenue rules).
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, service improvement, security.
• Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw at any time).

4. Who we share it with

Payment provider (Mollie B.V., the Netherlands — for iDEAL and other methods), shipping carriers, our hosting and email providers, and tax authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Data is processed within the EEA. Where a processor is outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Order and invoice data: 6 years. Account data: until you delete your account. Marketing: until you unsubscribe.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password.
