All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Amiens, France. We currently ship to Ireland and the Netherlands.

Ireland

• Standard: €4.95 — 3–6 working days. Free over €50.

Netherlands

• Standard: €9.95 — 3–6 working days. Free over €100.
• Local partner: PostNL final-mile delivery in the Netherlands.

Carriers

Colissimo / La Poste, DPD and GLS depending on destination and size. A tracking link is emailed after dispatch.

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Otherwise the next working day.

Customs & VAT

We are a French micro-entrepreneur — TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI: no VAT is added to prices and none is recoverable. As all shipments stay within the EU single market, no customs charges apply.
