14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Ireland by the Consumer Rights Act 2022), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to cancel

Notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing returns@all4pets.org with your order number, or by sending the model withdrawal form below. We will acknowledge receipt by email.

Returning the goods

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items should be unused, complete and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. The cost of the return shipment is borne by you, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

We will refund the full price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner). Refunds are made to the original payment method via Mollie. You may be liable for a reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: opened consumables (e.g. shampoo, dental spray) for hygiene reasons, and goods personalised to your specifications.

Faulty or incorrect items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply in full. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a free return, repair, replacement or refund.
